Watercolor Lion

Another charming painting by a kinder named Keana. The bow on the tail, the smiling sun, this is another one that just makes me smile.
1. Trace around an old CD to make a large mane near the right of the paper. Draw another circle inside. Add features to the face. Draw the back and bottom back leg. Draw the front leg below the head and connect to the back with a curved belly.
2. Trace all the drawing with a black Sharpie.
3. Fill in with liquid watercolors.

This is adorable, Kathy! My daughter and I painted turtles--using your lesson-- a few weeks ago and we had so much fun! This will be a great follow up! Thank you so much for sharing your creativity with us!
