My favorite part of being a teacher is watching my students change into great citizens. I work hard everyday, and it's all worth it when one of them finally understands and appreciates!

That's a really nice video. It made me feel inspired as a homeschooling "teacher."

I liked that one, it was very nice and simple. I'm a home school teacher too, but I teach other people's kids through an art program. I taught public school for 5 years before I was laid off during a tight budget year. It's not an easy job, that's for sure!

I think one of the many reasons I have chosen to homeschool is because I want my students to have a better teacher than the ones I had.

I can think of several teachers I would love to thank for the inspiration and motivation they gave me to help make me who I am.

Lovely video. It reminds me of my favorite quote "Regard man as a mine rich in gems of inestimable value. Education can, alone, cause it to reveal its treasures, and enable mankind to benefit therefrom". – Baha’u’llah

If I win, I'll be able to purchase oil pastels and watercolor paints for my Sunday School classroom!

I love this video! I hope every child is lucky enough to have a teacher like my son's first grade teacher. She is a champion for every child she meets. If I win, I'll probably give it to her! <3

"...instill hope and confidence..." If my students leave my art room with a big smile on their face, I'm know that it's because they've experienced the instilling of hope and confidence. Thanks for the video!

Although my bank balance is always low, the rewards of teaching are great! I am so blessed to make a difference in the lives of so many students. As a middle school art teacher, I often proclaim to anyone in ear shot, I LOVE MY JOB!

I also liked the graphics and the animation of them, but in particular liked that it used a limited color scheme so that the graphics did not draw attention from the text and message, but accentuated to them.

It is always so encouraging when someone acknowledges that teaching is so much more than just a job. I love the video! inspirational.

That video made me cry! It is nice to be appreciated :-)

The video is presented very well, the colors and music, along with the graphics. Simplicity. And the message is so true. I am new to more formal teaching, and there is nothing I love more than working with children, helping them grow and learn new skills, expanding their knowledge base. It is a privilege to take part in that process.

There may have been subjects I didn't enjoy but I liked all my teachers. I loved being a student, and love being a teacher even more.
Nice tribute.

Very inspiring, especially the part about teachers see the possibility in EVERY student. So hard for teachers these days with classroom overcrowding, we need to show our gratitude by being present in the classroom and giving our time.

Nice video! Teachers certainly work hard to inspire and motivate even the most difficult students.

As an art teacher that put some pep in my step! Having so many students is a challenge but I wouldn't have it any other way :)

That is a very sweet video. Love the background music and the way it rises throughout. As a teacher myself, I always appreciate being appreciated. Teaching is a tough job, and not everyone should choose that career path.

As a young, lone art teacher at a brand new Catholic school, I sometimes get overwhelmed with the fact that I have such a big job to do. Its not always the art activities and curriculum I develop, its more that I, hopefully, can instill "confidence and hope," creativity and inspiration in all my students.

What a great little video! Teachers have such a vital role in the lives of our children, and seldom get the recognition they deserve. Well done!

After working a 56 hour work week and being so exhausted and feeling somewhat defeated, this is truly what I needed to hear. I passed this on to my other teacher friends who need this confirmation and inspiration. Thank you for this!
