Giraffe Mural

This giraffe stands almost 6 feet tall when complete, and makes a really colorful addition to any room or hall.

My Giraffe Mural consists of 28 letter-size pages. It measures 25" x 70" when complete. This sample was colored with a 48-pack of Reeves® Oil Pastels, which offer lots of color variations. Hi Kathy,
Thanks for sharing all your great ideas! I was wondering if you could offer any advice for photographing student artwork. Your photos of the art and the steps to create it are always really helpful. Here's my email if that's easier than answering here. cbtrowbridge@gmail.com
Thanks!!! Cheryl

I did this with my grade 3's today! It was lots of fun and fits in nicely with our social studies unit on Africa!
Thanks!

Do you have the GIRAFFE in 8 1/2x11? I would enlarge it with an overhead projector onto Butcher paper for my class.
thanks.....colleen in NC

Hello Kathy,

I am not an art teacher and I do not have an art background. However, I am fascinated by art projects and absolutely LOVE your blog. I was wondering if you would have the giraffe project on a smaller siza that could be used for a child's bedroom. I was hoping something similar to your butterfly project for canvas. Thank you, Luisa
